Power Requirements: Access to main power source (can be a generator) within 200’ of trailer and (2) 20 Amp 110 volt standard 3-prong outlets required. Circuits are necessary for full function use of trailer. If these power requirements are not available we do have generators available for rent.

Water Requirements: Access to water source within 200’, standard 5/8” hose fitting and 30-60 PSI. Water is supplied to the mobile trailers by a garden hose and water spigot.

Yes, our trailers are designed to be self contained, however you would need to rent one of our generators in addition to the trailer.

Fully clean and ventilated trailer including air conditioning. The trailer will be stocked with paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, waste basket with extra liners.

There are no local delivery fees within Santa Barbara County. Other delivery fees will be based upon the distance traveled and the location of the event.

Yes, unless the location is clearly defined, marked and agreed upon in advance. We will not be able to return to move the trailer once it is dropped off.

For single day rentals no one will be onsite to service the restroom. For multiple day rentals and long term rentals the restrooms will be serviced and restocked. If you would like to have attendants present for your event they are available for hire, please inquire with our team when making your reservation.

50% deposit is due when making the reservation and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the rental date. If the reservation is canceled within the 45 days prior to your event we will refund you 25% of the balance of the rental fee. If the reservation is canceled prior to the 45 day window we will refund you 50% of the balance of the rental fee.
